We have an average score of 87 points out of 100, all legal entities combined since the first publication of this index in 2018 for the entities with more than 250 employees and in 2019 for the smaller entities. We have achieved these results due to a salary equality voluntarism policy which we have been committed to for nearly 15 years. As an example, over EUR 9 million have been specifically spent on gender equality measures since 2004.
